Damaged or Faulty Goods - Refund Policy

It is important that the buyer inspects the goods within 24 hours of receiving. Damages must be notified upon receipt of goods as any damage. Faulty claims after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and the customer will bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.

It is also recommended that all items are in their original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.

Please note that we do not give refunds for change of mind. This 'change of mind umbrella title includes'

Refunds will only be given if product/s are deemed faulty. Exchanges or credit notes will be offered if the goods are returned within 2 weeks and are in original condition with original packaging.

ACCC: Refunds for change of mind

Generally, a store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
